These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and [YOUR LEGAL NAME / COMPANY] (“Riselo”, “we”, “our”) and govern your use of the Riselo mobile and web application (the “App”) and any related services.
By creating an account, installing the App, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Riselo.
You must be at least 16 years old in the European Economic Area / United Kingdom, or 13 years old in the United States, to use Riselo. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you also confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us immediately at Riseloapp@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; (b) circumvent paywall or rate-limit mechanisms; (c) resell or sublicense access; (d) use the App to build a competing product; (e) use the App in violation of law.
Riselo offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, “Riselo Pro”. Current plans, prices, and features are displayed in the App and may change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the platform that processes your subscription:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Riselo → CancelApple and Google handle refunds for their stores under their own policies.
If we change prices, you will receive notice in-app and (where required) by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the new price is your agreement to it.
If we offer a free trial, you can use Pro features for the trial duration without charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. We will send a reminder before the trial ends.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to Riselo (your goals, journal entries, photos, training logs, AI-Coach messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and process it through our service providers (e.g. Anthropic for AI processing) solely to operate the App for you.
You can delete your content at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records of subscriptions).
The AI Coach and AI Food Scanner generate responses using Anthropic’s Claude models. AI output is generated probabilistically and:
You agree not to enter sensitive personal information (financial account numbers, medical record numbers, government IDs) into AI Coach prompts unless absolutely necessary.
All Riselo software, designs, text, graphics, marks, logos, and the original lessons, recipes, and protocol structures are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
The mark “Riselo” and the Riselo logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Riselo integrates with services such as Apple HealthKit, Firebase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, and others. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features. We are not responsible for the conduct of third parties.
Riselo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, in which case the disclaimers above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riselo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Riselo in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Riselo harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse our service providers, or create risk for us or other users. We will give notice where reasonable. You may terminate your account at any time from inside the App (Profile → Manage Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us.
Upon termination, your license to use Riselo ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, IP, Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION] without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [YOUR JURISDICTION], except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any protection granted by the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will notify you in-app and update the “Effective” date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, stop using Riselo and delete your account.
